We warmly invite you to the solo presentation of Helga Schmidhuber at Enter Art Fair, taking place from August 28 to 31.

Helga Schmidhuber, born in 1972 in Wiesbaden, often uses found objects from flora and fauna as starting points for her sculptures and paintings. She integrates these into expansive installations, frequently composed of collages of folding screens, taxidermy, skulls, and sound elements. Her art is experimental and multimedia, with painting at its core. Through layering and overlapping pictorial elements, Schmidhuber creates abstract, energetically charged tension fields where animals play a central role. These creatures do not appear in their natural habitats but in new, mysterious contexts, leaving it ambiguous whether they represent a threat or exude a magical aura.
